Not only that, it is also close to the City of Seattle and the SEATAC. Also, there are many activities for residents to take advantage of. However, if a residents home is no longer what they need, there is a limited supply of land available in the area to upgrade their housing requirements. Instead of actually leaving the area, Powell provides insight into how remodeling an existing home might be a better option than trying to find a new home.
